The NO Kings 3 Rally on March 28, 2026, at the West Virginia State Capitol will bring together citizens to peacefully affirm that in a democracy power belongs to the people and no leader stands above the Constitution or the rule of law!

Convoy to the Capitol

Petition & Rally

Join us in making a powerful statement by signing the petition urging the Governor of West Virginia to rescind his executive order that allocates state funds for ICE operations. This initiative not only undermines the values of community and support but also diverts crucial resources away from our local needs. Every signature counts in holding our elected officials accountable and ensuring that our government prioritizes the well-being of all residents, rather than supporting harmful practices.

Activism plays a critical role in shaping our society, and this petition is a vital step toward promoting justice and equity in West Virginia. By standing together and voicing our concerns, we can challenge the status quo and advocate for a more compassionate approach to immigration. The diversion of state funds from essential services has dire consequences for our communities, and we must not remain silent in the face of injustice.

As we prepare for a convoy to the Capitol, let your voice be heard and join fellow activists in this crucial cause. Together, we can demonstrate the power of collective action and make a compelling case for the protection of our communities. Sign the petition today, and help ensure that our state's resources are used to uplift, not undermine, the diverse fabric of West Virginia.

In solidarity with the
national Women's March call to action

Walk out on your daily tasks and join us in sending a message.

On January 20, 2026, activists across the nation will unite for a powerful walkout in response to the ongoing impact of Trump's failing economic and anti-feminist policies. Organized by the Women’s March, this call to action urges individuals to leave their workplaces and schools at 2 PM, halting the economy for one full hour. This collective stand aims to spotlight the urgent need for policies that support equality and justice for all. By raising our voices together, we can demand accountability and change, demonstrating that feminism and economic fairness go hand in hand. Join us as we make our voices heard and advocate for a stronger, more equitable future for everyone.

Mutual Aid

United West Virginia strives to mitigate the negative impacts of Trumpian policies by caring for our communities. In light of recent SNAP withholdings due to government shutdown we have begun directly attending to our neighbors and sharing what we have with others.

Logan County Board of Education has received funds to repair and save this school, and yet, 2 weeks before the start of the year, parents were informed that the school would be closed and that their children would be bused over an hour to an alternative facility.
